The purpose of this document is to provide the features of our products and the fees and commissions, and information as to the manner in which you can make complaints. We note that the fees and commissions charged by Olive will affect the returns on your investments and trading activities.
For MDA clients with accounts on Olive’s IRESS platform, you have access to Olive’s client portal 24 hours/7 days per week, subject to technical issues and technology upgrades. For clients that have been provided with a log in through the IRESS platform, you have access to the platform 24 hours/7 days per week subject to technical issues and technology upgrades. Please note that trading in securities, equities and OTC derivatives will only be undertaken or be able to be undertaken during the trading hours of relevant exchanges or the operating hours of liquidity providers, which vary depending on the market.
